Several Professional Fire Fighters I worked with were continually sick after "flu shots", and my wife nearly died after getting one, before we were married, and refuses them outright. The flu hospitalization increase from 2021 to present is easy to explain. During this time governments used the flu and Covid interchangeably. If they wanted to promote Covid shots then the flu cases were artificially decreased and added to the Covid cases. Now that Covid shots are viewed as dangerous by many people they are pushing flu shots (which are likely as dangerous as Covid shots). Many people don't view flu shots as harmful because they used to be much less harmful than Covid shots. I bet flu shots are much more dangerous than they were in the past. Who's to say that today's flu shot is any less dangerous than Covid shots?
There are several ways to deal with the flu... Keep y our Vit D levels around 80... that will give you a running start but in a pinch take 50K iu on e the first couple of day and then taper down.
Both EGCG from Green tea extract and Theaflacin from black tea will stop the flu dead in its tracks if you start on the first day, but they can also be taken as a preventative.
The Drug Alinia, if taken on day one will limit your flu to a truncated 3 days instead of 13.
