Also makes the recent 30th June, 2026 official action of HHS "terminating the Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for COVID-19 medical devices and therapeutics", rather laughable doesnt it?!😐🤔🤫😉🤦♀️
The termination timelines as follows: Medical Devices: The EUA dec will end on December 26, 2026. Devices currently operating under an EUA have until this date to achieve standard FDA clearance or be removed from the market.
Drugs and Biological Products: The EUA declaration for drugs and biologics will terminate on June 29, 2027.
So really they win regardless. Its either a device or a biologic- but theses are both....
