The termination timelines as follows: Medical Devices: The EUA dec will end on December 26, 2026. Devices currently operating under an EUA have until this date to achieve standard FDA clearance or be removed from the market.
Drugs and Biological Products: The EUA declaration for drugs and biologics will terminate on June 29, 2027.
So really they win regardless. Its either a device or a biologic- but theses are both....

I watched 'Duty to Disobey' (in what i heard was the only Canadian theatre willing to show it) this last week. The documentary was a series of interviews of heroes who in the US military refused to consent to the mandated experimental injection. Shocking what kind of wicked treatment they faced for not complying. Big Pharma has such sway there all exemptions were denied and hero soldiers were persecuted because they refused. Senator Ron was in about bringing attention to the heartbreaking injuries. There were a number of Christian soldiers who credited the Lord Jesus for getting them through the trials and tribulation. After some were able to access the data bank and see the impact of those injuried and who died the poor woman doc struggled through tears to see the impact and that she regretted she hadnt found it earlier to warn others. After she alerted another high ranking doc they got the data and moved it where it was safe.When the word was out 'they' shut down the system and changed the data!!! Powerful and inspiring and i hope more can see it.
