It’s past time that the shots are pulled off the market.

The recall of COVID-19 mRNA injections is a long overdue moral and regulatory action required of the departments of Health and Human Services in order to protect American adults and children, and humanity worldwide.

The new ACIP committee of experts have demonstrated integrity, honesty, compassion for the injured, a respect for facts, evidence and the truth, and a commitment to uphold the laws and regulations that protect the American people from harmful vaccines.

During their September meeting, the vaccine advisory committee to the CDC (ACIP) invested countless hours reviewing the overwhelming body of evidence that the COVID-19 injections do not prevent disease, hospitalization, or death, but in fact, cause harm.

I’m seeing legitimate regulatory actions (not just words) indicating that the COVID-19 injections will be removed from the market.

On March 18-19, 2025, the vaccine advisory committee to the CDC (ACIP) will be addressing the need to provide appropriate care and compensation to those who have been injured by the COVID-19 mRNA injections and providing recommendations to the CDC - a moral (and lawful) action that is long overdue.

A Moral and Lawful Action That is Long Overdue

But in addition to providing appropriate care to the injured, there is another moral and lawful obligation that HHS, the FDA, CDC, NIH and ACIP have to the American people - ‘to make sure COVID-19 mRNA vaccine injuries don’t happen to anyone else.’

The Good News

I believe current ACIP members share the belief that it is moral and lawful to ensure that HHS agencies stop the use of harmful injections deployed on adults and children. Specifically, Professor Levi has called for the advisory uphold their charter and regulatory obligations to ensure that vaccines are safe.

On September 19, 2025, Professor Levi stated that, “Working group members felt the CDC currently does not appropriately acknowledge several safety concerns and uncertainties and multiple documented unintended mechanism of actions of the mRNA vaccines and seemingly regulatory violations.”

The good news? This advisory committee is upholding their legal obligation to thoroughly analyze vaccine safety data in order to make appropriate recommendations that will protect adults, children and infants from receiving harmful vaccines - and ACIP wants to hear from you.

Now I'm in chronic pain. I have been to too many specialists to list with no relief. A negative spike antibody test is less than 0.8, mine was 15,500 which is ridiculously high!!! With some of the protocols (all out of pocket), it is down to 13,500 which is still very high after FIVE years. I am still in pain and don't know how this will impact me long-term.

I urge the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices to consider patient perspectives and real-world experiences in its deliberations. Our presence here reflects lived suffering, unmet needs, and the importance of inclusive dialogue. We do exist. Please consider how policies on vaccine recommendation guidelines, post-adverse event care, and research priorities affect real people every day.”

The Fear of Death, Love of Money and Immorality of COVID

Flashback: Secretary Kennedy Promises Care and Compensation to the Vaccine Injured - HHS in Action

On July 28, 2025, in a frank and transparent 12-minute interview with Charlie Kirk on X, Secretary Kennedy (RFK Jr.) provided detailed information to the American people about the problems with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) and vaccine laws in general.

Secretary Kennedy emphasized that the system is cruel, heartless and designed to deny compensation to those that badly need it - and that “We’re about to fix all that.”

Recent Indicators Secretary Kennedy is Honoring is Word

In recent months, I’ve seen some of vaccine-injury law firms advertising on their website and social media that they are not only hiring experts with vaccine injury experience, but that they are actively requesting COVID vaccine-injured individuals reach out to them.

There are only a handful of law firms that handle vaccine injury claims. Aaron Siri is a founding partner of one of these firms.

Siri appeared on Joe Rogan today, March 3, 2026. (see excerpt above)

During the 2-hour interview, Siri explained to Joe (and the American people) that public health agencies may not have been accurate (or honest) regarding the safety and efficacy of vaccines, all vaccines.

High-profile media appearances aside, there are numerous regulatory (med-legal) indicators within the NIH, CDC, FDA, and ACIP, indicating that Secretary Kennedy - in collaboration with his leadership team - will be recalling the COVID-19 mRNA injections in the near future and providing compensation and treatments for the injured.

Quick Regulatory (Med-Legal) Background

Per 21 CFR § 7.41, an FDA Class 1 recall must be supported as completely as possible by scientific documentation and statements that the conclusion is the opinion of the individual(s) making the health hazard determination.

Childhood Vaccine Laws Authorize HHS to Recall Harmful Vaccines in Order to Reduce the Risk for Injuries and Deaths

The Congressional Intent of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (NCVIA) is to provide the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) with the authority to:

Specifically (subsection a):

(1) to promote the development of childhood vaccines that result in fewer and less serious adverse reactions than those vaccines on the market on December 22, 1987, and promote refinement of such vaccines, and

(2) to make or assure improvements in - the licensing, manufacturing, processing, testing, labeling, warning, use instructions, distribution, storage, administration, field surveillance, adverse reaction reporting, and recall of reactogenic lots, batches, vaccines, and research on vaccines, in order to reduce the risks of adverse reactions to vaccines.

Forming the NIH, CDC, FDA and ACIP Vaccine Task Force

Per the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986:

The HHS Secretary (RFK Jr.) shall establish a task force on safer childhood vaccines which shall consist of the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH - Dr. Jay Bhattacharya) the Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA - Dr. Marty Makary), and the Director of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC- Dr. Jay Bhattacharya).

The Director of the NIH (Dr. Jay Bhattacharya) shall serve as chairman of the task force.

1. In consultation with the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACIP), the task force shall prepare recommendations to the Secretary concerning implementation of the requirements of subsection a.

excerpt from subsection a - “(HHS will) make or assure improvements in the recall of - vaccines and research on vaccines in order to reduce the risks of adverse reactions to vaccines.”

Indicators that Secretary Kennedy and an HHS Task Force Will Pull the COVID-19 Injections

Keeping in my mind that under the law (and CFR), the HHS Secretary has the authority to pull harmful vaccines, after reviewing the findings of his NIH, CDC, FDA and ACIP Task Force, let’s take a look at some historical milestones Secretary Kennedy has made in these efforts.

Related FDA Activity

• On May 23, 2025, the FDA held an 8-hour advisory committee meeting to discuss the variant strains for the 2025-26 COVID-19 injections.

  • Tens of thousands of individuals posted messages to the FDA demanding that the FDA:

    • Revoke the emergency use authorizations,

      • Done: the EUAs were revoked on August 27, 2025

    • Revoke the unlawful FDA approval,

    • and RECALL the COVID-19 injections.

      • On December 9, 2025 - CHD petitioned the FDA to revoke the unlawful FDA approvals.

Related CDC/ACIP Activity

• On September 19, 2025, Professor Levi of the vaccine advisory committee to the CDC (ACIP) stated that, “Working group members felt the CDC currently does not appropriately acknowledge several safety concerns and uncertainties and multiple documented unintended mechanism of actions of the mRNA vaccines and seemingly regulatory violations.”

  • Per the September meeting, ACIP noted that:

    • Data suggesting that the COVID injections provide protection against death, hospitalization or long-covid, is of low quality.

    • Data suggests booster induce immune fatigue and suppression resulting in increased risk for respiratory virus infection (including SARS-2).

    • Adults and healthy children have died from myocarditis and other harmful cardiovascular effects post-vaccination.

    • A Pfizer study showed a significant increased risk in birth defects in vaccinated pregnant women versus unvaccinated.

    • Pfizer vials were heavily contaminated with SV40 and there are numerous clinical reports linking the mRNA injections to aggressive cancers.

    • COVID-19 injections can cause prolonged and debilitating post vaccine syndrome (PVS) (similar to the symptoms of long COVID) and recommended treatments are needed.

  • “The agenda will include updates on ACIP Workgroups and discussions on COVID-19 vaccine injuries and Long-COVID and ACIP recommendation methodology. Recommendation votes may be scheduled for COVID-19 vaccine injuries and Long-COVID and ACIP recommendation methodology.”

A Moral Action that is Long Overdue

Recalling the COVID-19 mRNA injections is a long overdue action to protect American adults and children, and humanity worldwide.

In his SAMHSA’s annual Prevention Day talk, HHS Secretary Kennedy discusses that the underlying cause of drug and alcohol addiction is a product of being isolated - being cut-off from other human beings and disconnected from a higher power.

Can Americans Break Our Addiction to Conflict and Chaos in Order to Reclaim Our God-Given Rights?

We should absolutely continue to speak the truth, but as the apostle Paul advises us to speak it (the truth) in love and to hold space for those who have been hurt.

There’s no amount of data or facts or knowledge that can heal a heart. But hugs can heal. And listening to people can heal. I hope this message lands with your heart.

Would You Confess to Someone Who Has Already Pre-Judged You?

A judgement is a court-ordered price that an individual must pay for their wrong-doings, whether it’s a fine, imprisonment, or some other penalty.

As Jeff and I discussed, when you share God’s love with people and that for His followers, Jesus has already served the judgement for their sins, the Holy Spirit can work miracles through their hearts and minds.

• How to heal our nation by building upon positive milestones (i.e. radically reducing the CDC Childhood Vaccine Schedule), and asking questions, such as:

  • “How do these changes impact liability for pharma companies or healthcare providers?”

  • “What are the next steps in protecting our children from the harms of vaccination?”
