The objective was to lay out the strategies and narratives on how to re-establish the public’s trust in three pillars of public health policies:

1. 1. Routine and childhood vaccines (with a strong emphasis on the flu vaccines)

2. 2. Expanded use of mRNA technology, and

3. 3. That the departments within HHS* have the unbridled authority to control the societal behaviors and personal health decisions of the American people during a ‘public health crisis.’

*Based on the numerous accusations that the Senators made against HHS Secretary for alleged unscientific and harmful public health policies and initiatives challenging the safety and efficacy of childhood vaccines, routine vaccines and mRNA technology - it’s apparent that Secretary Kennedy is not part of the plan to ‘re-establish trust’ in federal health agencies. Dr. Erica Schwartz will be taking on that leading role when she is confirmed as the new CDC Director.

COVID-19 Vaccines Are One of Mankind’s Greatest Achievements (?!?)

False and manipulative statements repeated throughout the hearing included -

Not only did it appear as if every exchange was scripted throughout the hearing, it was as if the consciousness of the Senators and nominees had been erased of the 5+ years of catastrophic harm caused by Operation Warp Speed and the COVID-19 mRNA injections.

Kaufman Believes mRNA Injections are Safe and Effective. He Also Stated in 2022 that He’d Rather Perish than Have Any of His Children Get Injected with a COVID-19 Vaccine

Senator Bernie Sanders quoted Mr. Kaufman from 2022, when Kaufman stated that, “I’d rather perish than have any of my 3 children receive an injection of the COVID-19 vaccine where the risks soundly outweigh the benefits.”

Bernie Sanders goes on to point out that he (Bernie Sanders) agreed with President Trump in claiming that the COVID-19 vaccine is one of the greatest achievements of mankind.

While Kaufman conceded to making the statement that he would rather perish than have any of his children injected with the COVID-19 injections, he agreed that the shots were one of the greatest achievements of mankind.

Kaufman’s Statements Are Literally Orwell’s Definition of Doublethink

In the book 1984, Orwell describes doublethink as the ability;

Staying true to his doublethink on mRNA technology, Kaufman also directly answered the question of Senator Baldwin, asserting that mRNA vaccines including the COVID-19 vaccines are ‘safe and effective’ (even though he would rather perish than have had his children injected).

In a separate exchange, Kaufman went so far as to assert that:

BARDA (Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority) is a division under ASPR, with the primary focus on researching, developing and stockpiling medical countermeasures against bioterrorism, pandemics, and chemical or nuclear threats.

As I watched US Senators condemn HHS Secretary Kennedy’s public criticisms of the childhood vaccine schedule, potential links to autisms, and dangers of mRNA technology, while passive-aggressively questioning whether Dr. Erica Schwartz will challenge Secretary Kennedy’s current or future recommended public health policies regarding; recommended childhood vaccines, vaccine mandates (the military’s recent flu mandate policies were discussed), mRNA technology, CDC guidance during a pandemic or flu outbreak, and re-establishing trust through ‘radical transparency’ - I was in awe of how humble, compassionate, professional, rationale, and deeply caring for the American people Dr. Schwartz came across as, even as she repeatedly declared,

“I will never betray the science….I will go to where the science leads us.”

Where ‘The Science’ Led Us Last Time

Let’s not forget that, "The Science” caused mass violations of Americans’ individual human rights during COVID, including unprecedented societal, behavioral, economic, and physical harm caused by public health policies and medical countermeasures (as Florida Senator Moody alluded to during today’s confirmation hearing).

Dr. Schwartz was extremely articulate and convincing during her testimony, as were the Senators. An Academy Award Winning film couldn’t have had better on scripting or casting for a 2-hour indie cult-film hypothetically entitled, “The Science.”

Will You Say These 3 Things?

If today’s hearing was a cult-film, below are the top 3 beliefs that one needs to repeat publicly in order to be a member of ‘The Science.’

3. mRNA Technologies are “Safe and Effective”

Despite Senator Ron Johnson’s efforts and the former ACIP’s 2025 meeting exposing the expansive level of injuries, diseases and deaths caused by the COVID-19 mRNA injections, government officials continuing to question the safety and efficacy of mRNA injections appears to be coming to a quick wrap-up.

Both Dr. Schwartz and Sean Kaufman were asked to clearly answer if they believe that mRNA technology is safe and effective, particularly during a pandemic or bad flu season.

Both affirmed their belief that mRNA technologies are “safe and effective.”

2. “I Will Never Betray the Science”

‘The science’ refers to the deployment of biosynthetic technologies (i.e. new vaccines including mRNA), biodigital surveillance systems, and propagandist narratives that are intended to not only assert authoritarian control over citizens under the guise of ‘public health safety,’ but to forcibly persuade us to merge our human bodies with gene-editing technologies and artificial intelligence.

As Klaus Schwab famously said during the 2022 Chicago Council on Global Affairs, “What the 4th Industrial Revolution will lead to is a fusion of our physical, our digital and our biological identities.”

‘The Science’ seems to be a global commitment to eradicate individual human rights (free will) and change what it means to be human by merging our bodies and minds with biotechnology.

Dr. Schwartz referred to her commitment to ‘the science’ throughout her testimony as if ‘the science’ was some form of religion.

Senator Cassidy even declared that ‘undermining faith in immunizations (vaccines)…’ ‘It is evil to do that.’

“We need a CDC director that will actually stand up to crazy, stupid things being said that undermine faith in immunizations. Are you the person?

And I’m being very direct here because we’ve got thousands of kids hospitalized because people have promoted that immunization is bad and now kids have died because of it.

It is evil to do that.

Will you have the ability and the firmness to stand up to that political meddling to say no - that’s wrong - and this is right.”

“Chairman you have my assurances that I will continue to lead by my integrity. I will never compromise on the science.”

1. Exposing Those Who Question Vaccines (Secretary Kennedy) is Critical to Protect the American People

Senators Cassidy, Sanders and others were very clear in their desire for the new CDC Director to expose and state that Secretary Kennedy’s statements, policies, and investigations into childhood vaccines, flu vaccines and mRNA technologies is critical to protect the American people, and part of her commitment to ‘radical transparency.’

Senator Cassidy did not mince his words when he stated that the current CDC has gone a ‘fishing expeditions on how vaccines may cause problems’ to find evidence that they cause problems, and although ‘they can’t find evidence’ they continue these efforts.

Senator Cassidy boldly asked how Dr. Schwartz would handle individuals at the CDC or above her (i.e. Secretary Kennedy) that are pursuing an agenda that is harmful to America’s public health.

Averting directly answering the question, she assured Senator Cassidy she would be happy to disclose concerning topics or initiatives to the Senate Committee.

Senator Bernie Sanders went so far to demand that Dr. Schwart report to Congress if Secretary Kennedy were to plan to implement policies that would harm the American people (i.e. recommend against getting a flu vaccine).

In 2025, Secretary Kennedy did recommend against the flu vaccine for children and canceled the CDC’s Wild-to-Mild flu vaccine awareness campaign.

Dr. Schwartz was asked, “If the Secretary ordered you to stop promoting the flu vaccine during a deadly flu season for children, would you carry out that order. Yes or no?”

Will These Narratives Gain Traction?

While there is a lot more to unpack from the 2.5 hour hearing, three (3) clear propaganda narratives that came through loud and clear were:

• mRNA technologies are safe and effective - including the COVID-19 injections

• Loyalty to ‘the science’ supersedes all else

• Those who question vaccines and mRNA technology are a threat to public health safety, specifically Secretary Kennedy, and must be exposed

It’s clear that Congress (and their BioPharma lobbyists) not only want Secretary Kennedy out of office, but they also want MAHA’s research, policies and opinions on mRNA technology and vaccine safety to be completely quashed.

In my opinion, it’s not whether or not Secretary Kennedy departs from the administration as HHS Secretary before the end of President Trump’s term, it’s whether or not Kennedy waits to be blamed for an orchestrated public health emergency that ‘could’ve been prevented by vaccines,’ before leaving.

The Magnitude of the Moment Was Overwhelming

Around this Time on July 3, 2021

Background Information: At the time, the majority of alternative news experts and patriots were cautiously questioning the mRNA safety data, advocating to make the ‘vaccines’ a choice, and taking a hard stance against - injecting children, suppressing free speech, denying early treatment, and the vaccine mandates.

I saw all of these actions as positive movement, but I was about to go completely off-script from the alternative media ‘COVID-19 vaccine narrative.’

After analyzing and summarizing the findings from the peer-reviewed journals, the FDA pre-clinical data (animal studies), Phase-3 clinical data, VAERS data, the manufacturing contracts, Pfizer’s and Moderna’s websites, the complete disregard for human safety for EUA products under the PREP, PAHPRA, and CURES Acts, and the patents, I wanted the world to know the complete picture.

The Complete Picture

The COVID-19 mRNA injections were intended to cause disease, disabilities and death.

They weren’t vaccines.

The COVID-19 mRNA injections were bioweapons.

Praying for Courage

How can I tell an audience of hundreds of people that they or their loved ones were injected with gene-editing technologies that provide no clinical benefits and meet the definition of a bioweapon?

I was praying to God for the courage to tell the truth for 45 minutes.

Just minutes before I went on stage, a man named Mortimer came up to me and said, “We can’t defeat the enemy if we don’t know who he is.”

Mortimer made a great point, but I was about to tell the world that the enemy is our own federal healthcare agencies and US BioPharma.

COVIV-19 mRNA Lipid Nanoparticle Injections are Bioweapons

Per Moderna’s patents, the mRNA LNP injections are bioweapons that can produce gain-of-function viruses and target organs and systems throughout the body, including, but not limited to - reproductive, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and the central nervous system, specifically crossing the blood-brain-barrier.

Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs) are Classified as Medical Devices

“To date, 3 billion injections have been administered to global citizens, and 153 million Americans have been fully injected with unapproved, experimental, first in human (FIH) biotechnology agents and advanced medical devices, called lipid nanoparticles.” - Karen Kingston, July 3, 2021

Informed Consent is Not Required Under Emergency Use Authorization

One of the more poignant slides (that elicited gasps from the audience when I presented it) was the medical and legal (regulatory) summary of the PREP, PAHRPA, and CURES Act, and how these regulations waived good manufacturing practices, provided legal immunity for most legal recourse - including willful misconduct - and waived informed consent “if it is contrary to the best interests of such human beings.”

Pfizer Partnered with Germany’s BioNTech and China’s Fosum Pharma

It was taboo to claim that US mRNA BioPharma companies were partnering with China to produce the COVID-19 injections in 2021 - but BioNTech broadcasted their mRNA trilateral partnership with Pfizer and China’s Fosun Pharma all over their investor presentations and contracts.

Dozens of Chinese biopharma companies advertised that they were manufacturing COVID-19 lipid nanoparticles for Pfizer and other companies, including SinoPeg.

SARS-2 Spike mRNA (in the Original COVID-19 Injections) is Gene-Editing Technology with Insertions of HIV

Scientists sequenced the SARS-2 spike protein and found 4 insertions of mRNA in the spike protein. The SARS-2 spike mRNA can insert these mRNA sequences (including HIV) into the genome for viral replication.

The Audience Wanted More Data and More Evidence to Take to their Employers, Families, and Communities

After I got offstage, about half of the audience followed me outside of the conference room to speak to me. I was shocked. Before I spoke one word, the audience knew something was wrong with the COVID-19 injections.

They wanted someone to show them tangible evidence that their instincts were right and that the mRNA shots were designed to cause disease, disabilities, and death.

I Thought Exposure Would Be Enough

Doug was gracious enough to have me do a series of interviews addressing the dangers of the COVID-19 mRNA injections and the fact that they are bioweapons.

I naively believed that presenting this overwhelming body of evidence that the mRNA shots were designed to cause harm would be enough to get the COVID-19 mRNA shots pulled off the market in 2021.

Yet now, more than 18 months into the Trump administration, HHS still has not revoked any of the HHS declarations that COVID-19 is a threat to national security (because they are all based on fraud), nor has the FDA recalled the deadly mRNA shots.

Kindness, Communication and Compassion

Although we’ve far surpassed the injury data requirements and legal merits for a national recall of the COVID-19 mRNA shots, we must continue to share facts and evidence in kindness and compassion to educate and inspire one another to speak the truth and take courageous action to protect our nation, communities, and our children.

mRNA Flu Injections Will Turn the Body into Flu Viruses Factories

If the FDA approves the new Moderna mRNA flu injections, and a person gets injected this flu season, the cells in their body will turn into disease-causing pathogen factories for 4 biosynthetic pathogens (aka antigens, proteins, viruses - HHS and BioPharma use these terms interchangeably).

No Animal or Human Testing is Required for Flu Pandemic Strains

What is more alarming about the new 2026-27 trivalent and quadrivalent flu injections, is that during a pandemic, the FDA can instruct BioPharma to switch out the flu strains without any human or animal testing.

Dr. Jerry Weir, Director of Viral Products at the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) explains in this October 2024 meeting.

H5N1 Has a 52% Case Fatality Rate

If there is an H5N1 pandemic (or other alleged flu strains with high mortality rates) the FDA can switch out the more benign strains with new strains that may have 10-fold or even 100-fold higher case fatality rate, without doing any human testing or animal testing.

This is a dangerous strategy.

The new 2026-27 mRNA and enhanced flu shots already have a reported rate of death that is more than 10x’s higher that the case fatality rate for the flu, per Moderna’s recent FDA filings.

The FDA will completely have abandoned the laws that govern the agency and the industry to provide safe and effective medical products, if the FDA:

1. approves Moderna’s new mRNA flu injection, and/or

2. allows BioPharma to use H5N1 or other more deadly flu strains without human or animal testing.

The currently available flu vaccines are for the October 2025 - May 2026 flu season.

2. US Military Recruits Are Among the Healthiest Americans

The majority of these young men and women are between the ages of 18 and 25.

They are among the healthiest adults in America.

Their chances of being hospitalized or dying from the flu is close to 1 in a million.

Their risks for suffering severe illness, disability or death from a flu injections is much higher than their risk from the flu infection.

3. Flu Vaccinations Increase their Risk of Flu Infection and Illness

According to a Cleveland Clinic study on the effectiveness of the 2024-25 flu vaccination, employees who were vaccinated had a 27% higher risk of becoming infected with the flu than those who were unvaccinated.

Military Recruits Have a Negligible Risk for Severe Illness from Flu Infection, But High Risk for Hospitalization or Death after Injection

Military recruits are at minuscule risk for severe illness from flu infection, (ranging from 1 in a million, to 1 in 100,000 depending on strain).

If a military recruit does become ill with the flu, they’ll most likely experience mild to moderate symptoms of chills, body aches, fever and/or nausea that will pass within 24-hours to a few days, while post-flu injection myocarditis can result in permanent disability or even death.

Could the Military’s Flu Vaccine Mandate Be a Guise for a Myocarditis Tracking Study for the New 2026-27 Flu Vaccines?

I’m concerned that the FDA authorized a military study to track myocarditis for Sanofi’s monkey-pox ACAM2000 vaccination in 2008.

It’s not clear if the troops were given informed consent on exactly what they were injected with.

Based on the FDA’s history of experimenting on our troops, I believe it’s feasible that under Hegesth’s new military flu vaccine mandate, the new recruits may not be being injected with last season’s expired flu vaccines, but rather may be part of an FDA myocarditis tracking study for the new 2026-27 mRNA and enhanced flu vaccines.

The FDA has conducted similar vaccine myocarditis tracking studies in our military before.

The FDA Has Abandoned Safety Laws Regulating Them and the Industry

It’s past time that the shots are pulled off the market.

The recall of COVID-19 mRNA injections is a long overdue moral and regulatory action required of the departments of Health and Human Services in order to protect American adults and children, and humanity worldwide.

The new ACIP committee of experts have demonstrated integrity, honesty, compassion for the injured, a respect for facts, evidence and the truth, and a commitment to uphold the laws and regulations that protect the American people from harmful vaccines.

During their September meeting, the vaccine advisory committee to the CDC (ACIP) invested countless hours reviewing the overwhelming body of evidence that the COVID-19 injections do not prevent disease, hospitalization, or death, but in fact, cause harm.

I’m seeing legitimate regulatory actions (not just words) indicating that the COVID-19 injections will be removed from the market.

Support the current ACIP members and let them know why you believe the COVID-19 mRNA injections should be pulled from the market.

On March 18-19, 2025, the vaccine advisory committee to the CDC (ACIP) will be addressing the need to provide appropriate care and compensation to those who have been injured by the COVID-19 mRNA injections and providing recommendations to the CDC - a moral (and lawful) action that is long overdue.

A Moral and Lawful Action That is Long Overdue

But in addition to providing appropriate care to the injured, there is another moral and lawful obligation that HHS, the FDA, CDC, NIH and ACIP have to the American people - ‘to make sure COVID-19 mRNA vaccine injuries don’t happen to anyone else.’

The Good News

I believe current ACIP members share the belief that it is moral and lawful to ensure that HHS agencies stop the use of harmful injections deployed on adults and children. Specifically, Professor Levi has called for the advisory uphold their charter and regulatory obligations to ensure that vaccines are safe.

On September 19, 2025, Professor Levi stated that, “Working group members felt the CDC currently does not appropriately acknowledge several safety concerns and uncertainties and multiple documented unintended mechanism of actions of the mRNA vaccines and seemingly regulatory violations.”

The good news? This advisory committee is upholding their legal obligation to thoroughly analyze vaccine safety data in order to make appropriate recommendations that will protect adults, children and infants from receiving harmful vaccines - and ACIP wants to hear from you.

Why Your Voice is Needed

While it can feel like a hopeless situation (and another false flag), I’m asking you to not give up hope because I’m seeing legitimate regulatory actions (not just words) within HHS to remove the shots from the market through a Class 1 recall.

Please don’t give up now.

As of last night, only 133 comments were submitted and 88 were posted (duplicate comments from spam campaigns are deleted).

Can we get this number to 88,000? or 188,000?

“I am a person living with vaccine injury. I was a perfectly healthy person before 2021 when as a healthcare worker I was mandated to get the shots and subsequently got covid. Now I'm in chronic pain. I have been to too many specialists to list with no relief. A negative spike antibody test is less than 0.8, mine was 15,500 which is ridiculously high!!! With some of the protocols (all out of pocket), it is down to 13,500 which is still very high after FIVE years. I am still in pain and don't know how this will impact me long-term.

I urge the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices to consider patient perspectives and real-world experiences in its deliberations. Our presence here reflects lived suffering, unmet needs, and the importance of inclusive dialogue. We do exist. Please consider how policies on vaccine recommendation guidelines, post-adverse event care, and research priorities affect real people every day.”
